Billy Lynn McClellan achieved his final “promotion” in life on Sunday, Dec 6, 2020. He passed quietly in hospice care in Waco, TX attended by his oldest son, Russell. Billy joins his wife and partner of 63 years, Joy McClellan, who was “promoted” in May, 2017.
Joe Allcorn and Billy were college room mates and we were friends with Joy and Billy all through the years. We have exchanged calls this past year with Billy. He was near and dear to our hearts. Joe’s legs quit working for him this past Thursday and has spent the past week in the hospital and skilled nursing. I just called Billy to ask about the large picture frame that would display images sent via email. Thought that might work with Joe, since I can’t see him but once a week. Will miss our friend, but know he is rejoicing and reveling in he very thing that we are looking forward to: our Lord and Savior and Joy and family. Our sincere condolences to the family.
